Donna Mathew

Donna Mathew obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, India, in 2003. She began her professional career at a 300-bed multi speciality hospital in New Delhi, where she gained extensive experience addressing the physiotherapy needs of both inpatient and outpatient populations across all age groups.

During her tenure, Donna worked in a wide range of clinical settings, including orthopedics, neurology, general medicine, postoperative intensive care, and pediatric intensive care units. This diverse experience helped her develop a comprehensive understanding of patient care and rehabilitation.

After relocating to Canada, Donna started working as a Resident Physiotherapist in 2024 and became a Registered Physiotherapist in 2025. She is committed to delivering individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals. Her approachable nature, cultural awareness, and strong communication skills help create a positive, supportive, and professional environment for her patients.

A firm believer in lifelong learning, Donna regularly pursues continuing education to enhance her clinical expertise. She has completed advanced training in concussion rehabilitation, acupuncture and dry needling, Mulligan Concept techniques, Anatomy Trains® Myofascial Release, and other specialized treatment approaches.

Donna is passionate about helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals and takes great satisfaction in supporting them throughout their recovery journey. She enjoys working with individuals of all ages and abilities, empowering them to regain function, improve mobility, and enhance their quality of life.

Donna is fluent in languages like English , Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu, allowing her to effectively communicate with and support patients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
