Ottawa Physiotherapy and Sport Clinic is the home for elite athletes. With OPTSC having a long-standing involvement and extensive experience in treating athletic and sports injuries, we have taken the opportunity to partner with competitive and recreational associations such as Ottawa TFC, Ottawa Swim Club, Gloucester Lacrosse Association, and West Ottawa Soccer Club. Our team of physiotherapists and massage therapists have a strong background in recreational and elite sports, allowing us to offer treatment for all levels of athletes.

Offering Athletic Performance Evaluation (APE) helps design and establish a baseline of athletic ability through several tests. When we can assist and develop the areas of improvement in athletic performance, we can implement personalized training regimens specifically designed to improve those areas. We want every athlete competing at their best that’s why we recommend preventing injury, fueling your body properly and staying on top of past injuries to prevent further agitation.
